Warranty Eligibility

  • The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, as defined under product-specific warranty terms.

  • All warranty claims are reviewed and approved by the Twigs Direct resolution team, in consultation with the merchant.

  • The final decision on warranty eligibility rests with the resolution team after assessment.

What Is Covered Under Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects identified within the applicable warranty period.

  • The product must be unaltered, unmodified, and used as intended.

  • The product must be maintained according to the user manual and care instructions provided.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Natural variations in solid wood, including grain patterns, colour tone, and texture.

  • Normal wear and tear after one year of use.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation.

  • Damage caused by third-party installation, handling, or servicing.

  • Accidental damage, exposure to moisture, or sunlight-related discolouration.

  • Issues arising from uneven flooring or standard dimensional tolerances.

  • Any damage occurring after delivery has been acknowledged by the customer.

  • Borer infestation reported beyond one year from the date of delivery.
