Return Policy

At Twigs Direct, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. While we maintain strict quality checks, we understand that certain situations may require a cancellation or return. Our return policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
    A 2.5% cancellation fee will be applicable.

  • Cancellation requests made after shipment or delivery may be accepted only with approval from our resolution team and will attract a 5% cancellation fee.

Return Timeframe

  • Return requests can be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • No return requests will be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Customers are advised to inspect the product thoroughly within this period.

Products Eligible for Return

A return may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • The product received is different from the website description (such as size or shape).

  • Non-functional products (replacement only).

  • Damage or missing parts reported after delivery or assembly, supported by clear video evidence of box opening.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Damage or missing parts reported without video evidence of box opening.

  • Installation-related issues.

  • Damage caused due to relocation, shifting, or reassembly after delivery.

Return Process

  • To raise a return request, customers must contact the Twigs Direct team after the sale.

  • Customers may be required to upload 2–3 clear images of the product.

  • Video evidence during unboxing may be required, especially in cases of damage or missing parts.

  • Customers are advised to record the unboxing process during the initial inspection period (up to 10 days) for smooth resolution.

All return requests are reviewed carefully by our team to ensure a fair and transparent outcome.
